I shall spare you pictures of what happened between them looking like that (points up) and the end result (points down)
Apparently because female crabs have eggs (that's the orange stuff you see above), their meat isn't as nice as the meat in male crabs. But they sure tasted delicious- don't let the sweet chilli tag fool you, the sauce was spicy but delicious....it just makes you keep going back for more.
Mmmm, mop up all the saucy goodness with...man tous.
